Howard Witkin

Founder and Principal

Howard has led Leviathan through its entire life cycle. Our original lead software engineer, Howard created and led our business process design and systems engineering consulting group, and took over as president in 1990. Howard led the creation of our internet based "financial technology" startup and spearheaded the sale of our brands in 2012. We are proud that those brands are now part of Prudential Insurance's web presence.

Howard and his wife Marni created CALI Distillery and have turned it into one of the nations most innovative and respected craft distilleries.

In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, Howard has led the development of our health care products division.
